There's no school quite like the old school.
And while I applaud many groups today for the charisma and zeal they bring to their performances, there are just some old school performances that can't be imitated. And this "musical experience" by Cornell University's Chordials is one that can never be recreated.
The group's cover of The Temptations' "Papa Was A Rolling Stone" feels like Sunday Gospel. It's more of a testament than it is a performance. And for the uninitiated, that's a good thing.
Everyone is getting into the song, and the spirit and life force of music shines through as they do. This is one #TBT that's a step above the rest.
